My husband and I live in the Denver area. We did not grow up in Colorado but have lived in Colorado since the 1970s so we both feel almost like natives! We love the out-of-doors and have hiked many trails and "14ers", mountain biked on rugged paths, downhill skied at most of Colorado's resorts, and experienced the quiet of backcountry snowshoe trails.
We have put a lot of time, money and energy into both our Dillon condos. For our own family vacations we always rent through vrbo.com and have worked hard to make sure our condos are ones we would like to rent ourselves. We want our guests to feel at home and have everything they need to make their stay a positive, memorable experience.
Whether you have rented through Vacation Rentals By Owners (vrbo.com) for years or this is your first time, vrbo.com is a trusted method of renting vacation properties directly through the owner, which can save you money. Each individual owner establishes his/her own rates and methods. I try and make mine as competitive and simple as possible.
You can contact me via email (click on the Contact link above) to inquiry about rates and availability. If you decide to rent one of my condos and the reservation is confirmed, I require the following:
- A $200 security/damage deposit check. This check is not cashed, just held as security until the cleaning lady lets me know everything was left in good order after your departure. I then return the check, unless there was a damage problem or you cancel your reservation.
- 1/2 the rental amount is also due at the time of reservation.
- Then, one month prior to your arrival date, the other 1/2 of the rental amount is due.
- The week prior to your arrival I will email you the directions, lockbox code, etc.
To keep rental rates as low as possible, I only accept checks.
Cancellation policies: If you cancel more than one month before your arrival date, I will refund your initial 1/2 rental payment. If you cancel less than one month before your arrival date, you forfeit the initial 1/2 payment. In either case, the security/damage deposit is forfeited, unless the condo can be re-rented during that period.

"The condo was great and the location was great. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio - the view is wonderful. It was very quiet. We never heard a single noise at night and the beds were very comfortable. This Condo contributed to a fantastic vacation!"
