Pictures taken near Dillon in the summer and in the winter

Thanks for visiting my website. I hope you find the following information useful and that it helps you plan and organize your stay and activities in Dillon, Colorado.

My husband and I own two large, luxury 2-bedroom/2-bath condos in Dillon. (Please click on the links for Condo 106A or Condo 106C for information and availability.) We would love to have you stay with us during a winter ski vacation to experience some of the world's greatest ski areas or for a summer vacation to hike, bike, and travel in the Colorado Rockies. And don't forget to visit during the fall to see our gorgeous aspen leaves turn yellow.

Dillon is in Summit County and  is just 60 miles west of Denver and about 75 miles west of Denver International Airport (DIA) via I-70. This county is called "Colorado's Playground" for its skiing, cycling, hiking, sailing and kayaking. Whatever your interest, Dillon and Summit County offers you outdoor activities in both winter and summer.

It takes about 75 minutes to drive to Dillon from Denver on I-70. It is the first exit west of the Eisenhower Tunnel and the condos are one mile east of the highway - close enough to I-70 to be convenient, but far enough away to be very quiet (click on the Summit County and Dillon link for more information). My two condos are in the Lake Cliffe Condominium complex right on the shore of Lake Dillon (click on the Lake Cliffe Condos link).

During the ski season, Dillon is a great central location for many ski areas - Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Loveland are less than 20 minutes from the condo. Beaver Creek, Ski Cooper and Vail are all within 20-35 minutes. (click on the Winter Recreation Information link for information about all winter activities). In Dillon you can escape the high price of a ski-in/ski-out condo and the hustle bustle at the resorts.

During the summer and fall there are numerous outdoor activities to entertain you while visiting the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Lake Dillon has great sailing, kayaking and fishing opportunities. The Dillon Marina is just steps away from my condos. The bike path that begins in Keystone and goes to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain and Vail runs right past the Lake Cliffe complex. Whether you want a beginner level trail or would like to hike one of the surrounding "14ers", there are numerous trails around Dillon. (click on the Summer Recreation Information link for more information).

Everything you need is in or near Dillon. (Click on the Basic Services and Transportation links for more specifics)
